Lexy is a licensed, ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist with a passion for fostering language and literacy development. She enjoys guiding children and young adults to discover their voice through augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), supporting late talkers and young children in early intervention, and using books to foster early language development. Her work is rooted in promoting functional communication within everyday routines, increasing social and community participation, helping children authentically express themselves, and building caregiver confidence.
Lexy is passionate about coaching and empowering caregivers and believes families are key partners in every child’s communication journey. Based in Chicago, Lexy enjoys traveling, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants around the city and curling up with a good book in her free time.
