Maria V.
Maria is a bilingual speech-language pathology clinical fellow and member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association(ASHA), licensed in the state of Illinois. She has experience evaluating and providing therapy for Spanish-speaking and bilingual English-Spanish children in early intervention and school-age settings.
Maria earned her degree from DePaul University, where she completed the Bilingual English-Spanish Specialization Certificate with a focus on cultural and linguistic competence. She is passionate about bilingualism and linguistic justice, and strives to make therapy fun, inclusive, and empowering while helping children build confident communication skills.
